Here’s a little about me and why I created this design space: 

I am originally from Thibodaux, Louisiana (so yes I’m cajun, I don’t have the accent, but I do miss the food and people daily). I moved away to Birmingham, Alabama for Highlands College. Graduated from there in 2021 and moved to Austin, Texas to be a part of Celebration Church. Since living in Austin I started working with Jackie Funk, another designer here in Austin (She has taught me everything I know, so I wanted to make sure I give honor where honor is due). Many of the weddings that you’ll see so far in my gallery she has designed. 

I am currently enrolled online at Southeastern University pursuing a Masters in Counseling and a minor in Biblical Studies. In January of 2025 I began designing with Poppy Flowers Co. and couldn’t be more excited to be a part of this network. 

I have always loved flowers and have been drawn to them. As a kid I would draw them all over my math homework and journals. If I were painting (which I did most often in elementary school through high school) I would always opt to paint flowers. 

This love continued to flourish as I started designing floral arrangements in high school for school dances. It felt like something that came very naturally to me. But what I really loved most was getting to listen to a friend's vision for her prom flowers and help to bring that dream to fruition. I loved getting to play a small part in these unforgettable moments. 

I started this floral design space to share floral designs and art with the heart to serve our Austin family and friends through floral arrangements for every occasion. I love Jesus and people with all my heart and hope to incorporate my faith into my work with having compassion for every client and exceptionally excellent services.
